In an industrial environment, it is common for cables to be moved constantly and everywhere. Cables applied to industrial robots and other moving machines must often withstand extreme torsional loads and drag chain movement. Among well-known cable manufacturers, their bending resistant SPE cables are designed and launched respectively either for drag chain or torsion application. To put ourselves in our users’ shoes, CTi’s High Flex SPE really kills two birds with one stone, saving money and hassle of buying two separate cables for the same features. Most importantly, CTi’s newly High Flex SPE is forged to achieve “5 million cycles” with a bending radius of 80 mm in drag chain test, and withstand “5 million” cycles of ±180° torsion on one-meter length, which has proven this ground-breaking design to be one of the most robust and toughest SPE in the industry for drag chain and torsion applications.

• Ultra-High Flexibility: Designed to withstand up to 5 million Trailing Chain and Torsion cycles.

• High-Speed Data Transfer and Connectivity Distance: Achieve transfer rates of up to 1 Gbit/s with a bandwidth of 600 MHz and up to 40 meters. (1000BASE-T1)

• Power over Data Line (PoDL) Support: Enables simultaneous power and data transmission.

• Halogen-Free: Manufactured without halogen compounds for environmental friendliness.

• Flame Resistance: Compliant with flame testing standards CMX

• Oil Resistance: Built to withstand exposure to oils, meeting UL 758 and EN 60811-404 standards.
