Besides our facility in China, Dongguan, we are pleased to announce that our Taiwan plant has successfully obtained 14064-1 certification in October 2024, the international standard for greenhouse gas emissions quantification and reporting.

In addition to achieving ISO 14064-1 certification, CTi is also dedicated to other ESG efforts. See our efforts in ESG below:

Environmental:

a. Installing solar panels: Please refer to below pictures. We aim to source 10-20% of our energy from solar power.
b. Paper packaging: We continuously develop paper packaging to reduce environmental impact.CTi Patch Cord Goes Plastic Free!
c. Set GHG emission reduction target: Reduce 10% in GHG emission per unit revenue by 2030, compared to the 2023 baseline.

Social:

a. Commitment to diversity: CTi employs individuals with physical or mental disabilities, demonstrating our support for promoting employment for people with disabilities.
b. Create a friendly workplace: Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, and bullying.
c. Low turnover rate: With employee benefit policies surpassing legal standards, CTi has a low turnover rate of only 3.9% in 2024.
d. Focus on social issues: CTi donated to support the reconstruction of the 2023 Turkey earthquake.
e. Participate in social welfare: Since 2005, CTi has been donating monthly to underprivileged groups and foundations. 

Governance:

a. Establishing a Sustainability Committee: Headed by CTi Taiwan General Manager, leads CTi's ESG development direction.
b. Sustainable supply chain: Suppliers are required to complete "social responsibility self-assessment questionnaire" and be evaluated accordingly.
c. Focus on high quality and reliability: 90% customer satisfaction achieved in 2024.
